From the day your sofa is delivered, you have 100 days to decide if it’s right for your home. We do our best to give you all the details you need to make an informed choice. We suggest checking the size, space in your room, and color schemes before buying. We also provide photos from other customers to help avoid any surprises when your sofa arrives.

100-Day Return Policy

If you decide your new sofa isn’t the right fit, you can return it within 100 days from delivery. Remember, returned items must be in their original condition, meaning they should be unmarked, undamaged, and in their original packaging or something similar.

Starting a Return

If you need to return something, just email our customer service. We’ll explain how to send it back or arrange to pick it up. Once we receive the item, you’ll get a full refund minus any pick-up costs if you use our collection service.

Costs of Returns

Returning a faulty item or correcting our mistakes is free. If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you can send it back to our Outlet Warehouse for free, but you must set this up with us first. Any returns not set up in advance won’t be accepted.

Collection Fees

If you want us to pick up your return, we can do that for a £199 fee across the UK. This fee will be taken out of your refund. Our team will check the item with you when they pick it up to make sure it meets our return criteria.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

A few types of items can’t be returned:

• Items that are damaged, worn, or have defects.
• Anything returned more than 100 days after delivery.
• Items that aren’t in their original condition for resale.
• Products already returned from a previous order by the same customer.
• Returns suspected of dishonesty or misconduct.
