Before buying, we recommend checking measurements, available space in your room, and color schemes to ensure a perfect fit. To avoid surprises, we also offer free customer photos to help you visualize your new furniture.

Easy Returns within 30 Days

If you receive your item and decide it’s not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return Your Sofa

For a successful return, the item must be in fully re-sellable condition, which means it should be in its original packaging (or a similar alternative) without any damage or markings. Simply email our customer service team to initiate the return process, and we’ll guide you on how to send it back or arrange a collection.

Once we receive the item, you’ll be refunded in full, minus any collection fees (if you use our return collection service).

Collection Costs for Returns

If you choose to have us collect the item, our dedicated collections team will arrange a pickup for a £299 fee within the UK. Please note, the collection charge will be deducted from your refund.

Our collections team will inspect the item on-site to confirm that it meets the re-saleable condition requirements.

Products That Are Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Items that are damaged, worn, or defective.
• Items delivered more than 100 days ago.
• Products that are not in their original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
• Returns for purchases where the return policy has already been used.
• Returns that we suspect involve dishonesty or misconduct.
